Dear Mrs. and Mr. Thompson:
On September 21, 1992, the Fridley City Council officially approved
your request for a Special Use Permit, SP #92-09, to allow a second
accessory building over 240 square feet, on Lot 9, Block 3,
Shorewood, generally located at 851 West Moore Lake Drive. N.E.,
with the following stipulations:
1. The accessory structure shall be architecturally compatible
with the existing dwelling unit.
6 2 The petitioner shall provide a hardsurface driveway by August
1, 1993.
3. The accessory structure may not exceed 14 feet in height.
4. The accessory structure may not be used to conduct a home
occupation as defined in Section 205.03.34 of the Fridley
Zoning Code.
You have one year from the date of City Council action to initiate
construction. If you cannot begin construction in time, you must
submit a letter requesting an extension at least three weeks prior
to the expiration date.
