Dear Mr. Ernst:
This is to confirm that the City of Fridley Housing and
Redevelopment Authority has accepted your bid of $4,700 to purchase
the single family structure at 5695 West Moore Lake Drive. It is
also understood that you will remove all concrete block from the
foundation and will fill and regrade the property.
You will need to obtain,a moving permit from the City of Fridley.
I have attached the moving permit application. Please note that
the application fee for the moving permit is $15.
I am in the process of contacting the gas company, NSP, and the
telephone company to disconnect the services. Upon your
application for the moving permit, City staff will contact the
Water & Sewer Department to remove the.water meter and cap the
water and sewer lines. Should you have any questions regarding the
utilities, feel free to contact Paul Lawrence at 572-3563.
We intend to close onthe property at 2:00 p.m., Wednesday,
December 1, 1993. You may make the appropriate arrangements to
move the structure at any time after the closing.
