Upon my observation of the garage at 5719 W. Moore Lake Drive the following conditions should be noted: ♦ According to a 1958 building permit, the garage dimensions are 16 feet by 22 feet. ♦ The SE corner of the garage appears to be situated extremely close to the adjacent properties fence line. ♦ There is no record of a setback variance for the current structure, based on my visual inspection a variance may be necessary pending future structural modifications. There is no expansion room to the south of the current garage, however, it would be possible to enlarge the current garage to a standard size by attaching it to the house.
