A recent inspection of your property revealed that not all Code requirements are presently being met. The following items do not comply with the City Code: • Fridley City Code exterior storage requirements state that nothing shall be stored in the front yard and that all materials shall be kept in a building so as not to be visible from any public right-of-way, except for stacked firewood, boats, and trailers placed in the side yard.
