He also felt the double garage would improve the appearance of the house. Morrison presented to the Hoard a letter of no objection written by his neighbor Dr, K, gngebrigtsen, MMON by Wahlberg to receive the letter of no objection. Seconded by Minish. Upon a voice vote, there being no nays, the motion oarriOd, Chairman Minish asked why the garage couldn't be built in the back yard, Mr. Morrison answered the house is a walk -out and there is a steep bank.so it is most impossible to.build in the back. Mr. Dahlberg said the water table is very high in this area and the bads yard is about 6 feet below the street.
