The following items were noted and must be completed before the construction can be finaled out; 1. Provide a verifying survey 2. Post house numbers 3. Replace faulty P.C. alarm 4. Grade rear yard as per previous agreement with plat approval dated February 28,.1975. 5. Call in for plumbing and electrical finals 6. Provide sod in the front and side yards. We will expect items 1, 2, 3 and 5 to be completed by January 16, 1976 and items 4 and 6 to be completed by June 1, 1976. A final inspection was made on December 23, 1975 of 1521 Woodside Court N.E. It was noted that the sod was not provided in the front and side yards which must be complete before the construction can be finaled out. We will expect this to be completed by June 1, 1976. If any problems arise that will prevent you from completing the above items by the appointed dates, please contact us.
