Dear Mr. Sax,
As you requested, I am sending a copy of the drainage
plan that Richard Miller submitted to the City and was granted
approval for. It indicates that the excess water you are .
experiencing in your rear yard area should flow to the West along
the rear yard drainage easement to Benjamin Avenue. If the
developer did not landscape your property accordingly or created
the problem by incorrectly grading the adjacent properties,
then it becomes a civil matter between you and the developer
and/or the adjoining property owners.
We suggest you make contact with the concerned parties
directly and try to reach an agreement to solve your problem.
