Public Works Director MAIL" DATE: October 28, 1991 Sewer and Water Services for Vacant Lot at SUBJECT: Lot 8, Block 2, Moore Lake Hills There are no existing sewer and water services for this lot. There is a sanitary sewer in Woody Lane. Top of foundation should be three feet above the invert of the -manhole located in front of the lot on Woody Lane in order to adequately provide sanitary sewer service for the proposed home. There is a six inch water main in Woody Lane that can be tapped for a water service. This water main is between the lot and the sanitary sewer line which runs down the center line of the street. This newly created lot should be assessed for sewer and water laterals based on its 100 foot frontage. The contractor will need to obtain sewer and water connection permits from the City and the.assessments should be credited for materials and labor to bring services from the main to the property line.
