Dear Mr. Robinson,
I would like to resubmit my proposal for a lot split at 6076 Woody Lane. The
original lot split was granted October 6, 1986. I misunderstood the recording
procedures and did not register the split with the county within six months
after the City of Fridley granted the lot split.
I'm sorry if this has caused any inconvience. You were so helpful when I applied
for the split which I am very grateful for.
Sincerely,

Dear Ms. Lind:
Enclosed please find a copy of the City Council Action Taken notice
reapproving lot split, L.S. #86-06. In reapproving the lot split,
it was stipulated that the lot split be recorded by May 22, 1988.
I spoke with the County Recorder's office and was told that this
lot split has not been recorded.
If you wish to complete the lot split, it would again need to be
reapproved by the Fridley City Council prior to recording at Anoka
County. I would appreciate hearing from you regarding this issue.
Please contact me at 572-3593.
