The original lot split was granted October 6, 1986. I misunderstood the recording procedures and did not register the split with the county within six months after the City of Fridley granted the lot split. In reapproving the lot split, it was stipulated that the lot split be recorded by May 22, 1988. I spoke with the County Recorder's office and was told that this lot split has not been recorded. If you wish to complete the lot split, it would again need to be reapproved by the Fridley City Council prior to recording at Anoka County. I would appreciate hearing from you regarding this issue.
