In as much as Morris Bangsrud and Forseman & Olson Construction Co.
have not provided the 18" above center line of street for the garage floor
elevation the City of Fridley shall not be held liable for drainage of
surface water. Consideration has been given to the fact that Osborne Road
inclines steeply just West of the Railroad Tracks and that a natural:sump
exists on public property which has taken care of drainage in the past.
Unless this letter with the signature of the owner and the contractor
is returned to us for our records , construction would have to be stopped
at the above captioned address.

Dear Mr. Clark:
Mr. Bangsund, at 9 Osborne Road, did contact the Saint Paul Water Utility
concerning placement of his new garage. Mr. Melvin Dupre, Water Utility Foreman,
met with Mr. Bangsund and located the Water Utility easement line adjacent to the
proposed garage. It is our understanding that the garage is to be located 3 to 4
feet from our easement which would be acceptable to the Utility.
