SUBJECT: Curb and Gutter Replacement - 4724 2nd Street
Dear Ms. Strzyzenski:
Per our conversation of last week, it has been determined that 25
feet of curb and gutter would need to be replaced in front of your
property on 2nd Street.
I misquoted you the price for the removal and replacement; the
actual rate is $13.50 per lineal foot. In the interest of
resolving your concerns, the City will do the replacement for the
price I quoted you of $10.00 per lineal foot if you get the work
done this year.
If you wish to have this work done, please fill out the enclosed
application and mail it or drop it off with $250.00 to Mary Hintz
in the Building Inspection Department. The work will be done
within 2 to 6 weeks, depending on when your application is
received.
