Rs: Refuse Containers Without Lids
Dear Mr. Kim:
It was confirmed by an on site in.Gpection on October 29, 1976 that the
refuse container located on your property has no lid on it.
Section 13.02, Refuse Disposal, of the City Code, states that any owner
of a private dwelling must provide refuse containers sufficient in number
to store within all refuse generated on the premises between pick-ups.
Said container should be a metal 32 gallon container with a lid in place.
A reinspection will be conducted on or about ten (10) days from the date
of this letter to determine compliance. We are confident in your
cooperation with regard to this matter and if any questions or problems
result, please feel free to call on me at 571-3450.
