During an environmental investigation on May 29; 1974 at the above property,
this department confirmed the presents of tree branches and other assorted wastes
and refuse deposited on the boulevard adjacent to your property in violation of
Section 113 of the Fridley City Code.
Said Section states that "... Any accumulation of refuse on any premises is
hereby declared to be a nuisance and shall be abated by order of the Health
Authority."
Therefore you will be required to dispose of the previously described
material in a sanitary manner and maintain your property free of these accumulations.
A reinspection will be conducted on or about ten (10) days from the date of -this
letter at which time it would be expected that all matters will have been taken care
of. We are confident about your cooperation in this matter.
