allowing me to build the garage no closer than three feet from his
property line.
'I will agree to construct and complete this fence beginning

and extending at least to the rear ofthe garage before utilizing
the garage ( placing the family automobile inside structure ) or

THE MINUTES OF THE BOARD OF APPEALS MEETING OF JULY 19, 1968
The Meeting was called to order by Chairman Ylinen:
MEMBERS PRESENT: Minnish, Mittelstadt, O'Bannon & Ylinen
MEMBERS ABSENT: Ahonen
OTHERS PRESENT: John Breher, Building Official
MOTION by Minnish to accept the minutes of the July 2, 1968, Board
of Appeals Meeting with exception that on request #1 that the motion
to grant the Variance the first 3 items are reasons for granting
of the Variance and item 4 is a condition of the Variance is to
be granted.
Seconded by Mittelstadt. Upon a voice vote, there being no nays,
the motion carried unanimously.

HYDE PARK ADDITION THE SAME BEING 6035 -2ND STREET NORTHEAST,
FRIDLEY, MINNESOTA (REQUEST BY LOUIS KEDROWSKI, 6035 2ND STREET
NORTHEAST, FRIDLEY, MINNESOTA).
Mss. Louis Kedrowski was not present to present his request or
speak on his behalf. Mr. and Mrs. Jack Wojciak and son, of
6031 2nd Street Northeast were present at the hearing.
MOTION by O'Bannon to table this request until July 31st, 1968,
hearing so that Mr. Louis Kedrowski can be present.
Seconded by Minnish. Upon a voice vote, there being no nays,

Mrs Blashill & John Polymeros were present to speak on the behalf of Mr. Lloyd
Blashill.
MOTION by Mittelstadt to close the Public Hearing.
Seconded by Ahonen. Upon a voice vote, there being no nays, the motion carried
unanimously.
MOTION by Mittelstadt to grant the variance because it does not violate Section
45.29 of the City Code keeping 15 feet between structures, and that it is also
an improvement to the property.
Seconded by O'Bannon. Upon a voice vote, there being no nays, the motion carries
unanimously.
Mr. Louis Nedrowski was present to speak on his own behalf. Mr. John Wojoiak of
6031 -2nd St N.E. was also present.

MOTION by XLttelstadt to table request until the next scheduled meeting of the
Board of Appeals, so that the owner can investigate the possible relocating of
the proposed garage on the property so that he can have a greater side yard
setback than that originally proposed, also so that the Building Official can
check the requirements of possible future sidewalks.

unanimously.
