The main item at present is a street patch charge where a new service was tapped into the main at 6037 - 2nd St. N. E. I believe you are well aware of the fact that there are charges in reference to any new service of this type. When you made application for permit to make this tap, you did not indicate that it was a new service and con- sequently you were not billed for the street patch at the time you took out the permit. You owe the City $8.00 for street patch charge for this job. Hereafter, I would suggest that you indicate at the time of application when you plan on tapping in a new service.
