An on-site inspection-has'been made '-of-...this area and the past
history has been reviewed.*regarding any complaints received.
We could find no evidence of any.complaints regarding
noisy tenants and no specific evidence of more than one
family living in a house. It should be -noted however, that
this is an R-2 zoned area, therefore,'two family dwellings
are allowed.,
If more specific information regarding the person who is
complaining can be given, we may be able to make a further
investigation, however with the sketchy information we had,
it is difficult to substantiate any complaints. .

Dear Mr. Rybak:
A mechanical permit was issued on July 10, 2000 for the above noted address to install
a replacement furnace and an air conditioner. According to Section 305(a) of the 1991
Uniform Mechanical Code a final inspection shall be performed on the mechanical
permit. As of this date no inspection has been called for.
The permit fee that was paid covers the inspector's time to check to make sure the
furnace and air conditioner were installed correctly, that the State Mechanical Code has
been complied with for installation of combustion air for fuel burning appliances and that
the vent has been sized correctly with the correct vent connectors.
You will be given thirty (30) days from receipt of this notice to respond. If we do not
hear from you, your permit will expire and any inspections on this installation will require
a new permit.

Re: Failure to Apply for Heating Permits -
On February 7, 2001, while doing inspections at 6251 Kerry Lane and 6060 2"d
street, I noted that air conditioning and a furnace had been installed respectively
without the required permits. I was informed that your company had completed
these installations. Please check your files to see if you did complete work at
these addresses.
Permits are required and inspections called for, per Section 301(a) of the Uniform
Mechanical Code, and Chapter 206 of the City Code. Work completed without
first obtaining the necessary permits will be required to pay the permit fee plus an
investigation fee. The city has the authority to deny licensing to contractor's who
fail to comply with the State and city codes.
