Water Softner: NOTE: Due to age and condition and
salt in tank that has become rock hard from being
disconnected and not in service, it's not cost
effective to repair and put back into service. Supply
and install one (1) Futurmatic Economy residential

Floor Drain: Remove broken back water valve and snake
drain line to assure proper drainage. Re -install new
