Please review our request for a variance due to the fact that our family
has outgrown our two-bedroom home.
We would like to add on an additional bedroom to the back of our home,
we need a variance because we don't have ten feet from our current home to
our property line. On the left side of the home we have exactly ten feet, and on
the right side we have seven feet and are therefore short three feet per city
requirements. We do have plenty of .space in the back of the home for the
addition. Please see attached blue prints and survey of our property.
