SUBJECT: 5845-21/2 St.
The sewer and water services at the above address have been disconnected per your request as of
September 4, 1998. The standpipe was replaced and left in place for future use. A witness stake
was placed at the termination point of the sewer. The sewer is ten feet north of the water service
and is 6 inch clay tile pipe.
FYI: the gas company removed their meter and terminated the line in the boulevard while we
were there.
