Dear Ms. Herzberg:
On February 1, 1993, the Fridley City Council officially approved
your request for a;; Special Use Permit, SP x#92-1311' to allow an
animal/veterinary clinic which administers vaccinations on Lots 1,
2, 28, and 29, Block 2, Commerce Park, generally located at 250
Osborne Road N.E., with the following stipulations:
1. Any alterations to the building will require issuance of a
building permit.
2. No vaccination supplies or medical waste shall be stored on
site.
You have one year from the date of City Council action to initiate
construction. If you cannot begin construction in time, you must
submit a letter requesting an extension at least three weeks prior
to the expiration date.
