Dear Mr. Okerstrcm:
An on-site inspection was conducted on January 27, 1982 to check the
status of the above noted construction. It was determined that the
construction was discontinued before completion of the garage.
A building permit becomes null and void if work or construction authorized
is not commenced within 60 days of issuance, or if construction or work
is suspended or abajidoned for a period of 120 days at any time after the
work is commenced.
Therefore, the above noted building permit has become void and a new
building permit must be obtained before continuing with the completion
of the detached garage.

A mechanical permit was issued on May 2, 2000 for the property located at
4537 3 St NE for an air conditioning unit. According to Section 305(a) of the
1991 Uniform Mechanical Code a final inspection shall be performed on the
mechanical system. As of this date no inspection has been called for.
You will be given thirty (30) days from receipt of this notice to respond. If we do
