Fridley, MN 55432 Dear Ms. Reed: October 24, 1997 On October 13, 1997, the Fridley City Council officially approved your request for a vacation, SAV #97-01, to vacate an alley and a street and utility easement described as follows: The alley legally described as all of that part of the 12 foot alley within Block 5, Hyde Park, Anoka County, Minnesota, lying southerly of the easterly extension of the north line of Lot 21 and northerly of the easterly extension of the south line of Lot 16. The street and utility easement granted by Quit Claim Deed dated 12-10- 71 and recorded 1-28-72 as Document No. 73481 described as all that part of Lot 16, Block 5, Hyde Park, described as commencing at the southeast corner of said Lot 16; thence west along the south line of said Lot 16, a distance of 20.00 feet; thence in a northeasterly direction to the northeast comer of said Lot 16; thence south along the east line of said Lot 16 to the southeast comer of said Lot 16; being the point of beginning and there terminating. This property is generally located between 6007 and 6017 - 3rd Street N.E. Approval of this vacation is contingent upon the following stipulations: 1. The petitioners agree to provide a 12 foot wide public drainage and utility easement along the entire length of the alley.
