Dear Mr. Westling:
A final inspection was conducted on February 21, 1995 of the above address and the following
items were noted which must be completed before the structure can be finaled:
1. Complete outside grading and landscaping by June 15, 1995.
2. Obtain Fire Marshal approval before occupancy.
3. Obtain City Rental License from Fire Department before occupancy.
We will expect these items to be completed by the scheduled dates and a reinspection called for.
