Previously, we submitted the Banker's Package, plus a house plan drawn on the property survey. This was for your consideration of the lot split and to make certain the new house construction would confirm to City of Fridley requirements. Subsequently, we were informed of the requirement that an attached garage can not exceed more than 5 feet in front of the house structure. After working with city staff, a 10 x 24 three season porch is being added to the front of the living area, opposite the garage with a ventilated crawl space under it, to meet the set -back requirements. The city required a full basement under the house, but has stated that only a proper crawl space is needed under the porch. Porch plans attached are being submitted accordingly. The lot split has been completed and the property recorded with the City of Fridley and Anoka County. Attorney Jim Doran — (612) 379-5378 completed this transaction. The lot 5427 0 St. N. E., for which this permit is being submitted, is legally owned by John and Madonna Vasecka.The other parcel, 54310 St. N. E. (permit application to follow ), is legally owned by Irene and David Vasecka) The building permit for this property is being submitted by myself, Mary Vasecka, sister and sister-in-law of John and Madonna and daughter and sister of Irene and David, respectively. The house is to be situated on the lot, per survey attached — Advance Surveying & Engineering Co. — Exhibit A. 952-541-0500. The house has been constructed following code requirements with an attached garage — i.e. fire walls etc. Marshfield (a Product of Wick Building Systems, Inc., P.O. We feel that with the age of the old line, and tree root problems, in the past new lines are desired. Any excess dirt removed will be on the property for landscaping/terracing activities at the rear of the property. This will be reviewed with city staff and any requirements will be followed. The surveyors felt that very little excess dirt will be left, as the previous home site had not been filled in completely. If needed, the dirt will be removed from the property.
