Art Olson has reviewed Rice Creek Terrace, and we .are considering . the idea of.putting this street on .our "red line" street list. Then., we would be -plowing this road the first thing in -the morn-* ing. Fourth Street would be.a connection between Rice Creek Ter race and 67th Avenue. I believe it will help this situation. The work was allowed to continue until the permit was obtained which we were assured would be completed. As of this date, no permit has been applied for and the work has been completed and the job paid for by the homeowner.
