Dear Sirs:
A final inspection was conducted on December 14, 2005 for the completion of the
dwelling unit at the above address. The inspection noted that the construction was
completed according to the approved plan but the following item needs to be completed
before the building permit can be fonaled out;
Provide sod in the front and side yards by June 15, 2006.
We will expect the above item to be completed by the scheduled date and a reinspection
called for. The dwelling unit is approved for occupancy.
