In review of our records of the single family dwelling located at

Building permits are required for roofing, siding and construction
of decks. In response to flashing requirements around siding and

On August 11, 1994, you asked me to review the address file
regarding roofing, siding and deck permits in 1986 for 5251 Fifth
Street. I have attached a copy of the permit card pertaining to
this address. Two permits were issued in 1986, A heating permit
was issued on January 14, 1986, and an electrical permit was issued
on August 7, 1986.
I have not researched the file regarding whether permits for these
items were obtained in other years. I understand that you have
obtained copies of the entire contents of the address file, and
have these at your disposal.
I want to emphasize that I am not making any conclusions or
statements regarding the property disclosusre'statement you sent
me. I am merely reporting what is reflected in our files.

DECK PROJECT

plan locations.

• 36" high standard design guard rail. 2x2 beveled cedar spindles @ 4" max. spacing.
Customized 2x4 cedar top rail cap - routered and sanded to your contour preference.
