June 7, 1989
On June 5, 1989, the Fridley City Council officially approved your
request for a Special Use Permit, SP #89-07, to allow a second
accessory building on Lot 7, Block 4, Bonny Addition, the same
being 5932 - 6th Street N.E., with the following stipulations:
I. The access to the accessory building shall be hardsurfaced by
June 1, 1990.
2. The accessory building shall be architecturally compatible
with the existing house.
The City Council requested that you work with the neighbor to the
south to come to an agreement as to how much space should remain
between the two driveways.
If you have any questions regarding the above action, please call
the Planning Department at 571-3450.
