Dear Mr. Cobb:
on November 29, 1989 we inspected the installation of a new egress Window in the
basement laundry roan at your address. The window installation was approved,
however to meet the bedrocan egress window requirement of the Building Code, the
window Hurst be located within the rom being used for sleeping purposes.
Therefore, unless you intend to use the laundry roan for the bedr m, we do riot
recammend that other rooms in the basement be used for sleeping purposes.
