The problem confronting us is that there is a total of 320 feet in this parcel. If we were to divide this parcel into 80 foot lots we could not build, the cost being prohibitive-. We deem it feasible to build if this parcel were divided into 5 B -)foot lots. We plan to build homes in the $14500.00 to $16500.00 class and feel we cannot build this class home on 80 foot lots pricewise. There are at the present time many smaller lots in this area and we feel 64 foot lots would be an average size lot for this area.
