These borings were requested by Mr. Nall oil October 18, 1976. Previous borings taken in the area in question have also been reanalyzed. Four of the new borings encountered poor to marginal soil conditions. The balance of the borings appear to have encoun- tered soils which will be suitable for support of the pro- posed houses. In summary, lots 10, 11, 12, 19, 20 and 21 will definitely require excavation and backfill. Lots 9, 13, 18 and 22 may have limited areas of organic soils which will have to be removed. The remainder of the lots appear to have good soils conditions. The attached report contains the complete results of the borings, and our engineering analysis and recommendations.
