Mr. Marsnik was present. He pointed out that although the structure would be
10 feet from the property line, there would be 202 feet of clear, open space
from the garage to the curb.
MOTION by Mittelstadt, seconded by Minish, to accept the variance and to
grant the variance since the garage is 202 feet from the curb. Upon a voice
vote, there being no nays, Chairman Ylinen declared the motion carried.

Mr. Gustafson. Upon a voice vote, there being no nays, Chairman Ylinen declared

garage to Albert F. Marsnik. Seconded by Councilman Liebl. Upon a
voice vote, all voting aye, except Councilmen Samuelson and Sheridan
voting nay, Mayor Kirkham declared the motion carried.

Councilman Sheridan. Upon a voice vote, there being no nays, Mayor

MOTION by Councilman Sheridan that the Council receive the balance -of
the Minutes of the Board of Appeals Meeting of June 28, 1967 inasmuch
as no action is necessary. Seconded by Councilman Samuelson. Upon a
voice vote, there being no nays, Mayor Kirkham declared the motion carried.

The undersigned do not object to a request by Gerald G. Tngaldson
for an increase of 1 foot, 6 inches to the front yard setback
variance approved by the Board of Appeals, June 28, 1967.
Approval of this request would change the setback requirement from
35 feet to 26 feet, 6 inches instead of 35 feet to 28 feet on Lot 109
Block 6, Rice Creek Terrace Plat 4, Anoka County, Minnesota, same
