TIE CONTINUED PUBLIC HEARING ON A REQUEST FOR A VARIANCE FROM SECTION 45.24, CITY CODE OF FRIDLEY, MINNESOTA 1963, REVISED DECEMBER 31, 1964 BY WAIVER OF SIDE YARD REQUIREMENT FROM 172 FEET TO 10 FEET ON CORNER SIDE OF LOT 17, BLOCK 2, SYLVAN HILLS, ANOKA COUNTY, MINNESOTA, SAME BEING 6101 RAINBOW DRIVE NORTHEAST, FRIDLEY, MINNESOTA, TO PERMIT CONSTRUCTION OF A DETACHED GARAGE.
