David Peterson, 5600 Sth. Street Northeast, and Mr. M. K. Burton, 5604 5th Street Northeast were present..' The Board and the interested parties discussed this proposed structire and site plan. The consensus of the people present was that they wanted the building and property kept neat, the parking area carefully planned so that cars wouldn°t be parked all over the place, and that they wanted a fence on the rear property line.
