Marian Hills 2nd Addition
Please be advised that the referenced properties are adjacent to
an existing sanitary sewer line. Due to the topography of the lots
in relation to how single family dwellings would-be constructed,
the manholes tend to stick out of the ground quite a distance.
It was initially -discussed with the property owners from DeGardner
Realty, that the City would have -no objection to lowering the man-
holes; however, at the property.owners' expense. On June 11, 1979,
contact with the property owners indicated that they do not intend
to lower the manholes. They, instead,.will provide landscaping to
screen the structures.
