A recent inspection revealed that a tree located at the northeast
corner of the above referenced property appears to be creating a
visual obstruction at the intersection of 53rd Avenue & Horizon
Drive. This obstruction extends into what is called the "vision
safety zone" (see enclosed definition) restricting a clear sight
path for motorists at this intersection.
Please take the appropriate action to bring this. property into
compliance with the enclosed ordinance. I will be reinspecting on
or shortly after January 24, 1995, at which time compliance is
