Dear Mr. Schahn:
A number of City code concerns have recently been brought to my attention regarding your
property at 511 - 53rd Ave. N.E. The most immediate concern is in regards to the structural
stability of the shed located near the northwest corner of the lot.
As I reviewed the 511 - 53rd Ave. address file, I also found that many other code concerns seem
to be recurring in nature. Outside storage of numerous materials including, but not limited to a
cement mixer, a screen door, scrap metal and wood have been previously addressed, but not
permanently corrected. Also of concern is the inoperable condition of a van, located on the east
side of the driveway.
I would like to meet and discuss these code violations as soon as you can be made available. If
you choose not to discuss these code issues, I will be reinspecting on or soon after August 16,
1995 for compliance. Please note the list of specific actions needed for compliance on the
attached diagram.
