Dear Mr. Presteman:
During an environmental survey on October 29, 1974 of your neighborhood of
Fridley, it was determined that you were maintaining on your property an
unlicensed, inoperable junk vehicle. Said.inspection found a Volkswagon "Beetle"
with 1971 Minnesota License #3DA 322 parked on your property.
Subsequently, this department must require you to either place the vehicle
in an enclosing structure, e.g. building, or get a current Minnesota license and
make the vehicle street operable. A reinspection will be conducted on or about
ten (10) days from the date of this letter to determine compliance.
We are confident in your cooperation and desire to make Fridley a better
community than it is. If any questions or problems arise from this letter, please
feel free to contact me at 560-3450, ext. 41.
