(c) Self-closing and self -latching devices shall be placed at the top of the gate or otherwise inaccessible to small children. The pool fill spout must be protected by a vacuum breaker or air -gapped. 10. Suitable safety equipment to include but not limited to a ring buoy and rope that is 1-1/2 times the pool diameter and shepherds crook pole must be provided and maintained with the pool at all times.
