SUBJECT: 215 - 57th Place N.E.
I met with Bernard Jeska on Tuesday, June 11, 1991 at about 4:45
p.m. regarding completion of the exterior covering of his garage
addition. Jeska complained that he could not meet the July 1, 1991
deadline that was indicated in a letter from Darrel Clark dated
June 6, 1991. He stated that when he returned from vacation the
week of June 17, 1991, he would send me a letter confirming that
he will complete the exterior covering by September 1, 1991.
He also stated that he was upset that the letter referred to the
garage addition as a shed. Please note that further permits or
correspondence on this issue should not refer to the structure as
a shed, but as a "garage addition".
Darrel Clark should carry out an inspection on this property when
convenient, after September 1, 1991.
