During it's construction, it has been determined that your existing off-street parking accommodations on 57th Place are in violation of the Fridley City Code #205.061, Section 3, Paragraph E. Copies of the pertinent zoning ordinances as they relate to this subject, are attached for your reference. In reviewing the related files on this property, it was found that no Special Use Permit has been issued or var- iance granted to allow this type of off-street parking. Provisions have been made to continue access to these existing stalls, but only contingent upon application and approval of appropriate variance. Although.the general condition of the property was good, the inspection on the above date found the following deficiencies which must be corrected.
