On Thursday, December 11, 98 a ce the site and by using
a hand level were able to estimate the drainage patterns on this
lot. It appeared that most of the water from the school property
to the north drained east toward Moore Lake by the way of the
school driveway and that the majority of the backyard drained
toward the northeast corner of the lot.
On Monday, December 15, 1986, our survey crew shot several
cross-sections from the school property across the driveway into
the backyard to determine the drainage patterns. An aerial photo
is attached to show the location of the cross-sections. The cross-
sections are attached and indicate that water from the school
property to the north is intercepted by the road and also by
the berm along the north side of the lot.
The cross-sections also show the slight falling grade from the
house to the north toward the fence.
