2. Install window replacements, vinyl framed with welded or mechanical corners
of owner's choice, insulated glass, full screen, lockset, weatherstripping

secured to wall and with an installed extension;- extending a minimum of
61011 out from downspout. Owner's choice of color. Haul away old. Install
new at same location as old.
5. Install new storm/screen door for north entry o& living room, baked enamel
prefinished aluminumi*. solid core, with weatherstripping, self -storing storm
and screen inserts, hardware and locking device. Benada or equal. Owner's
choice of color.
6. Install new storm/screen door for west entry off kitchen. Same spec. as #5.
7. Regrade along foundation walls. Owner will be responsible for salvaging
plants. Bring in fill free of debris and compact to proper density. Fill
shall be impermeable composition. Install new black dirt over fill, min.
of 4" depth. Place and rake over fill. Finish grade line shall have a slope
of a" -z" per foot out 410" to 610" from wall or as clearance permits to direct
drainage away from house. Owner will be responsible for sodding/seeding new
fill.
Heating and Plumbing:
1. Install..new furnace. Haul away old unit. Install a new forced -air heating
unit, AGA', .sted, Carrier or equal, natural gas. Installation shall
includ cmbustion airin a and new thermostat. Reconnect to plenum and
distribution sys ent and connect to gas piping.
2. Abate asbestos flue and properly dispose. Install new Class B flue. k'/
