Dear Mr. Kozar:
This is to confirm our phone conversation of Friday, January 13, 1978.
As you will remember we discussed the lack of adequate ventilation
and improper venting in the house you constructed at 1566 - 61st Avenue
N.E. in Fridley, Minnesota. You said that you would have Northeast
Insulation repair the situation by opening vent holes on Friday. You
also said that you would schedule your sheetmetal contractor to repair
the vent problem and add a vent collar around the Class B vent next week.
Mr. Choi, the owner, called this morning and said he spent the weekend
trying to rectify the situation. Please contact Mr. Choi at 574-9619
as soon as possible to arrange the repairs including the fireplace
flashing.
