You said that you would have Northeast Insulation repair the situation by opening vent holes on Friday. You also said that you would schedule your sheetmetal contractor to repair the vent problem and add a vent collar around the Class B vent next week. Mr. Choi, the owner, called this morning and said he spent the weekend trying to rectify the situation.
