Dear Mr. Klingman:
On April 9, 1987, I stopped by your residence to determine the status of
your home improvement for which you were issued a building permit. The
permit was issued to you in June of 1985.
Your son was home and we visited for a short time and later that day, your
wife called and we discussed the completion of the exterior of both the
house and garage. She stated that you planned to complete the siding and
painting of the House and garage by June 15, 1987. This schedule is
acceptable, however delay beyond that date would be of concern to us. The
inside improvement can be delayed beyond that date.
Would you please call when you have completed the siding portion so we can
verify its completion. If we receive no call, we will reinspect the latter
part of June.
