Dear Sirs:
A final inspection was conducted on April 28, 2000 for the construction at the above noted
address. We found that the construction complies, to the best of our knowledge and belief, with
all the requirements of the building codes of the City and the State of Minnesota relating thereto,
and permission is hereby given for the occupancy of said dwelling. The following item needs to
be completed before we can final our records;
Install sod in the front and side yards.
We will expect this item to be completed on or about June 15, 2000 when a reinspection will be
conducted to determine compliance.
