A plumbing permit was issued on January 15, 1998 for the property located at 70 63'
Way NE for new plumbing fixtures. According to Section 30.5(a) of the 1991 Uniform
Plumbing Code a final inspection shall be performed on plumbing systems. As of this
date no inspection has been called for.
