PRE 2010 DOCSBUILDING INSPECTION DIVISION MEMO MEMO TO: Barbara Dacy, Community Development Director MEMO FROM: John Palacio, Chief Building Official MEMO DATE: February 8, 1995 REGARDING: Proposed House Move -in to 53 63 1/2 Way NE Mr. and Mrs. Jason Graf recently asked me to inspect a house that they proposed to move into the City. This inspection took place February 2, 1995 and the City was represented by Scott Hickok, City Planner, Michele McPherson, Planning Assistant, the owner, Jason Graf and his father, and myself. To date I have issued a report of this inspection and have identified code items that must be addressed prior to issuance of a moving permit. Jason Graf has received this report (copy enclosed). The relocation of this single family home will include building and zoning code issues. The outstanding requirements are; 1) Increase of the structure equalling 50% of the home. 2) An attached garage with hard surface driveway. 3) A foundation with egress. 4) Mechanical, plumbing, and electrical systems. 5) Report dated February 2, 1995. I will keep you up to date with the developments for relocation of this home.
