REGARDING: Proposed House Move -in to 53 63 1/2 Way NE
Mr. and Mrs. Jason Graf recently asked me to inspect a house that they proposed to move into
the City. This inspection took place February 2, 1995 and the City was represented by Scott
Hickok, City Planner, Michele McPherson, Planning Assistant, the owner, Jason Graf and his
father, and myself.
To date I have issued a report of this inspection and have identified code items that must be
addressed prior to issuance of a moving permit. Jason Graf has received this report (copy
enclosed).
The relocation of this single family home will include building and zoning code issues. The
outstanding requirements are;
1) Increase of the structure equalling 50% of the home.
2) An attached garage with hard surface driveway.
3) A foundation with egress.
4) Mechanical, plumbing, and electrical systems.
5) Report dated February 2, 1995.
I will keep you up to date with the developments for relocation of this home.

Dear Mr. Quisberg:
A mechanical permit was issued on July 12, 2000 to install as air conditioner at your address.
According to section 305 (a) of the 1991 Uniform Mechanical Code, a final inspection shall be
conducted on the mechanical work authorized by this permit. As of this date, no inspection has
been called for.
The permit fee that was paid covers the inspections to make sure the work was completed
according to the Mechanical Code. We will keep your permit open for another 30 days and if we
do not hear from you within this time to set up the inspection, we will expire the permit and no
further action will be taken.
