Dear Sir:
It has been brought to our attention that the E . A . Lawson
residence at 1026 - 64th Avenue N.E., Fridley, Minnesota
has an open Cesspool in their back yard.
According to our information many people have complained of
this as the odor is unbearable to the surrounding neighbors .
We also understand that they have warned children not to go
near the area where the Cesspool is as the ground is soft
around it .
We deem it advisable that you check into this matter at your
earliest convenience. If the Lawsons do not connect up to
City Sewer in a short time - it will be necessary to pursue
this further through the proper channels.
