1. Tax receipt showing that all real estate taxes due have been paid. Dup-
licate receipts may be obtained at Anoka, County Audtor.
2. Approval from the Fridley Water and Sewer Department showing that
bills chargeable against the property to be moved have been paid and
water connections have been discontinued at the curb line or at the
main. (See reverse side of form.)
3. Notification to, and signature of utility companies: (See reverse side
of form.)

a municipal corporation duly organized and existing' under the
general Laws of this State.
At all times herein the plaintiffs were the owners of a
residence at 1356 - 64th Avenue M.E., Fridley, Xinnesota,
legally described asr

On orabout July 1, 1975, defendant negligently caused the
sanitary sewer to which plaintiffs' residence was connected to
be plugged or tanned Gaff by reason of which the flow of sewage
therein was impeded and stopped, Causing it to flow into the
ground floor damaging the .residence and contents thereof includ-
ing household goods, furnishings, clothing, and other personal
property, and plaintiffs' were deprived of the use of haat part
of the residence for a period of approximately sit weeks all to
their damage in the sum of Fur Thousand Eight Hundred Fifty ($4,,850)
Dollaxs.

On July 9, 1975, and within -thirty (30) days after sustaining
