Dear Mr. Douglas:
June 13, 1996
On June 10, 1996, the Fridley City Council officially approved your request for a
special use permit, SP #96-10, to allow an accessory building other than the first
accessory building, over 240 square feet, on Lot 2, Block 1, Meadowlands Addition,
generally located at 871 - 66th Avenue N.E.
Approval of this special use permit is contingent upon the following stipulations:
1. The accessory structure shall be architecturally compatible with the existing
dwelling and shall be constructed of similar materials.
2. The structure shall at no time be utilized for a home occupation.
You have one year from the date of City Council action to initiate construction. If you
cannot begin construction in time, you must submit a letter requesting an extension at
least three weeks prior to the expiration date.
